Use the announcement language to show specialized experience, dates of employment by month and year, hours worked per week, employer or unit, location, and measurable accomplishments you can verify. Keep the strongest evidence for the target series and grade, then remove material that does not support the announcement.
Do not include a Social Security Number, partial SSN, date of birth, age, religion, marital status, classified information, government-sensitive information, protected health information, or unnecessary protected personal information. If a separate official hiring process requests sensitive information, provide it only through that official process, not in the resume text.
The builder should translate verified military experience into civilian federal language. It must not invent employment dates, hours per week, federal series, federal grades, clearance level, awards, education, certifications, veterans preference, disability status, metrics, salary, or supervisor details. Missing facts should stay as placeholders or a checklist for the applicant to complete.
